Dear Parents, 

Peace and all good to you!

Last Monday your child received their report card.  Please return the cards as soon as possible.  We will need them for the next grading period.  Thank you.

Our sixth graders presentation Monday evening was very nice.  The students "taught" us some lessons on how to take care of God's earth.  They prepared and presented well.  Thank you to them and to their teacher, Mrs. O'Donnell.

Next Monday, March 22, the students will have an opportunity to receive the sacrament of reconciliation.  Our second graders will be receiving their "second" reconciliation.  Please go over the steps with them and ALL students need to review the Act of Sorrow.

Act of Sorrow

O my God, I am sorry for my sins.

In choosing to sin and failing to do good,

I have sinned against you and your Church.

I firmly intend with the help of your Son

to do good and to love as I should.  Amen.

The Confirmation retreat for our 8th grade candidates is this coming Saturday, March 20th.  Eighth graders should arrive by 9:30 a.m. and enter from the school cafeteria. 

Sponsors are asked to join us in the cafeteria at 6:00 p.m. and then stay for the Liturgy at 7:00.  If sponsors are not able to attend we hope that one of the parents could fill in for them.

We ask you to pray for our Confirmation candidates and those giving the retreat so that many of God's blessings will be accepted and used as we continue our faith journey. 

 We hope that all of you have a very happy, healthy and holy week.  Please attend Mass this weekend.  It's the law!  God's law.
