Book Report Requirements

1. Reports must be done on the Book Report Form in cursive (in pen), or typed. They may not be done on loose leaf paper.

2. Books chosen must be at least 100 pages, or approved by Mrs. Reynders.

3. Reports must include all information on the Book Report Form, including #of pages, an introduction, body, and your opinion.

4. Reports should be no longer than the Book Report Form allows plus one page (on the back) but, most reports should not need much extra room on the back.

5. There should be no spelling, grammar, or punctuation mistakes.

6. Reports are always due on the last school day of the month.

Book Report Themes

Students will be required to choose a book to read and complete a monthly book report based on a different theme each month. This book should be at school with the student each day so it can be read during quiet reading time. If the student finishes their book and/or report before the end of the month, another book of the student's choice should be brought to school for quiet reading time.
