Welcome to Make A Note 2009-10 edition.  Hope everyone's summer was fun and full of good memories.       

 As we start the new school year, let's get everyone up to speed on Make A Note for the newcomers and refresh those who are more familiar.  Make A Note is a 1 page note full of blurbs about school happenings at large.  Anyone can contribute as long as the information is brief and affects the school population in general.  E-mailing the information to CStephen@sbcglobal.net is the easiest option although many call me (Susan Stephen-314-863-3450).  Whatever is most comfortable for you, but I do require that you call/e-mail by Monday evening because Make A Note is usually finished and turned in Tuesday morning.    Please identify the organization, grade, place, date, time, as well as a contact person with a phone number or e-mail should people have questions or concerns. Also, please have ACCURATE INFORMATION to avoid confusion.  Don't worry about writing it yourself.  If you give all the information, the Make A Note elf will make it work.  The secret is to be brief, but complete and accurate.  Make A Note's contact information is always at the bottom of each edition so don't worry about this particular test in memory retention.  Having said that...    

LUAU TIME at the 9382 Sonora, home of the generous Hansens, following the annual Immacolata Golf Tournament this Sat, Aug 22!  The festivities begin at 7PM so bring your grass skirt and ukulele.  Cost is $50/adult with checks made out to "Immacolata Ladies Society," and drop off in the school office or at the party.  For more info, contact Joy Garton at wesjoy@sbcglobal.net or 991-9112.  FUN!

Congratulations to the 5th Gr. girl's soccer team & Coach Cantwell for their victory over St. Gerald to win the St. Michael's Tournament!  It was a hard fought game that came down to the last 90 seconds of the game! Way to go!     

To avoid cars being backed up on Clayton Road, please remember to form 3-4 lines around the back of parking lot when arriving for dismissal.
