Hope everyone enjoyed last Friday off and enjoyed the fall weather.  If this keeps up, we might have snow by Halloween!

Field Day is this Friday, Oct. 9!  Our little angels should have come home with their team colors by now.  Be sure to ask them and then come and watch the fun!  Hopefully, the weather will cooperate

AUCTION NEWS:  1) The deadline for the class baskets for the Denim & Diamond Auction has been extended due to a need for more items.  Please consider giving "seed money" or an item specific to your class basket.  The Immacolata community will benefit from your generosity. 2) The deadline for the Auction Ads is Thurs, Oct. 15.  Recognize the work of a parishioner, teacher, or special someone and support the school!  Send your questions to Carol Essma (994-3180).  3)  Don't forget to RSVP for the Auction before Tues, Oct. 27.  Ladies, if you are looking for fun western apparel to wear to the auction, GiddyUp Jane at 9670 Clayton Rd is offering a 10% discount off cowboy hats if you mention the Immacolata Auction.

REQUEST :  We have been asked to help the students of the De La Salle, Loyola and Marian middle schools.  If you have gently used fiction books, books of stories, poetry, etc., 4^th Grade level and up, which you would like to donate to the students of these schools, we ask that you please send them to the school office by this coming Monday morning.  Thank you for considering this request.

The 8th Gr. is still looking for a few members/pledges for their team as they Walk for Autism this Sat, Oct. 10 at 10AM. To support by either walking or donating, visit www.nowforautism.org, click "St. Louis", then "Donate", then "Support a Walker" & enter Cyndi Hunt as the walker's name or call Cyndi (283-0450) or Liz Gruenbacher (288-5088).  Exercise & fundraising--that's unbeatable combination!

Don't forget to pick up your Sally Foster purchases next Thurs, Oct. 15 from 2:30-3:30PM in the gym.   I can smell the cookies now!

Cooler temperatures bring on thoughts of long pants.  The Winter Uniform policy goes into effect Thurs, Oct. 15.  Please check the handbook for the finer details.
