Hope everyone has enjoyed the snow and the extra day off. 

Be sure to drive around to the front of the school and see the new Immacolata Catholic School Sign.  It was installed Monday afternoon and looks great!

Consent packets are going home for the 2nd dose of H1N1.  This is for those with little ones aged 9 and under.  Please return forms by this Fri, Jan. 15 so the vaccination can be ordered and volunteers can be lined up.  It is very important to meet this deadline.  We will notify the responding families when the 2^nd dose date is set.

Thanks to all who stepped forward to volunteer for the Spelling Bee.  It wouldn't continue without you!  Can you spell admirable?

Time to go online and order Hot Lunch for the month of February.  Orders & payment are due by next Tues, Jan. 19.  Also, on Tues, Jan. 19, the catering service is offering ice cream sundaes to all for a mere $1.  The sundaes consist of vanilla ice cream, hot fudge, & whipped cream.  So don't forget the Hot Lunch deadline and your $1. 

Yum!Come shoot some free throws this Sun, Jan. 17 in the Immacolata Gym from 1-3PM.  The Knights of Columbus are hosting this fun event and gives our athletes aged 10-14 a chance to get out of the house for a bit.  Registration is from 1-2:15PM and Lou Giaraffa (997-3712) is the contact person for more information.

Don't forget that Monday, Jan. 18 is Martin Luther King Day and there will be no classes.  Let's hope for a little warmer weather!
