Friday, 12/2/11 We've had a great last two weeks. We got a four day weekend for Thanksgiving. We started division in math. We also had a debate in reading class. We are reading children's Christmas books for December book reports. We've been practicing for our Christmas Program too. Mr. Hanon let us play a game in Jr. Acheivement the last time he came. In computer class we're making a slide show about times tables. In Social Studies we're learning about what led up to the Revolutionary War. We are planning our mass for December 14th. We have 3 weeks until Christmas break!!! The science projects went great. We are learning how to say foods in Spanish class. Friday, 11/11/11
On Monday we had music! At music we practiced Christmas program songs. Later on we had P.E. We played volleyball! Thuesday we played volleyball again in P.E. Then in Spanish we go a lot of worksheets for homework because we'll be on a fieldtrip next class! Wednesday we had mass. In art we worked on our presents for our moms. Thursday we made math slides in comuters. In library we finished our riddles. Friday...FIELD TRIP!!!!! St. Joseph's Shrine, St. Vincent de Paul, and the City Museum. by Madi Cribbin and Maddie Loe On the previous Monday, it was Halloween! We played GHOST BUSTERS in P.E.!! It was really fun! Later on the kindergardeners dressed up as saints. They were so cute! At the end of the day we had our last Halloween party at Immacolata.We put on make up and dressed up! We looked so scary! Tuesday no school! It was All Saints Day. On Wednesday we went to mass. Then we went to art. We are making a present for our moms. At computer class on Thursday we looked at math slides. Later on at library we checked out books and wrote our riddles. Friday we had Spanish! At the end of the day we had Junior Achievement with Mr. Hanon. It was really fun!
