After-School Child Care Program

June 2010 

We are pleased to offer a weekly program of after-school care for your child during the 2010–2011 school year.  The program is held in the cafeteria and is available each weekday Immacolata School is in full session.  After-school care is not provided on days the school is not in session or on early dismissal days.

 Times and Daily Schedule (Subject to occasional change)

3:10 pm – 5:30 pm each full school day

3:10 – 3:30  Children report, attendance is taken and

                    snack is provided.

3:30 – 4:15  Homework is begun or activity for those 

                    with no homework.

4:15 – 4:45  Outside recess and playground time.

4:45 – 5:30  Continue with homework.  Table games, videos or

                    Disney Channel TV time.

5:30  Pick up in cafeteria.

Program fees and payment arrangements

$2,313.00 per child for the 2010–2011 school year (165 full school days @ $14.02 per day).

$ 5.00 per minute per child late fee after 5:35 pm.  (Paid at pick-up or you will be billed.)

Payments may be made monthly ($257.00 monthly Sept. 1 through May 1) or quarterly ($578.00 quarterly Sept. 1, Nov. 1, Jan. 5 and Apr. 1).  Checks should be made payable to “Immacolata School”.  Payments made after the 5th must include $25.00 late fee.

Other Information

If there is a change in your child's routine (i.e. sports practice, tutoring, scouts) which will cause your child to arrive late to, or leave early from, the program, please notify us in advance.  With your permission, we will walk children to sports practices held on school property.
