KINDERGARTEN'S FIRST WEEK OF FULL DAYS!

Your little one's are very busy meeting new teachers and learning the routine. After exiting out the front door last week for dismissal they have learned the new routine to leave with the large crowd out the back door. I will try to walk everyone to the back door early so they don't get lost in the big crowd.

In your Wednesday Folder you received a Pizza Lunch form (8th grade fundraiser) for this Friday, Aug. 29th. If you choose to order for your child please return it back inside the Wednesday Folder as soon as possible. Notice the separate fundraiser flier for the new playground. Send the money (inside Wed. Folder) and your child may have a "free dress day" Friday.

Wednesday Folder Reminder.... Please read the information inside the Wednesday Folder returning anything needed to the office before the following Tuesday. Your child will return it to school and will eventually be in a habit of placing it on a table just inside our classroom door.

Dear 2008-2009 Kindergarten Parents,

I am looking forward to meeting you all again on Wednesday, August 20th at 8:15 in room 301 (top floor).

Please bring school supplies from the list which was mailed to you this summer (lunch box is not needed until next week). There will be a sign directing where to drop it off. In addition to the supplies, bring a snack and water bottle (name labeled). Bring a lunch box for the following week (Aug. 25-29). If you would like to order "hot lunch" please look for information on the website (starts in September).

When arriving Wednesday, please stay just long enough to drop off supplies and for me to take a quick picture of you with your child before saying good-bye. Meet us outside the front door across from the rectory at 12:00 dismissal.

**Starting Monday, August 25th -29th Full day of school 8:15 - 3:10. +Bring a lunch. Hot lunch starts in September if you order. +Continue to bring a snack daily along with a water bottle. (Water bottles are used during the hot months to limit trips to the water fountain.) +Dismissal out the back door. Please follow the school dismissal procedure in the handbook. Stand where your child will see you when he/she walks out.

^Please meet your child outside the church nearest to the school and we will look for you when we walk over at 8:45. You may walk your child up to our class room to say good-bye.

Wednesday, April 9th - Faust Park Butterfly House Field Trip and Carousel Ride

No free dress today.

Bring a sack lunch with a drink.
