
Welcome to the hot lunch program for the 2010-2011 school year. Our lunch service is once again provided by Food Service Consultants.

SEPTEMBER - Order Form
To order electronically, download the Order Form, edit the spreadsheet by adding your children's names and lunch choices for the month by following the instructions on the top of the order form. Send the order to hotlunch@immacolata.org. Checks are made out to Immacolata and submitted to Kim Gaskell in the school office by the order due date.

Please enter your children in ALPHABETICAL order. This saves us time each month as data entry is done alphabetically.

Good news - you don't need Microsoft Excel to use the order forms! You can edit the spreadsheet with any of the following:

Once you've edited your file, please save it as FamilyNameMonth, (e.g. GoughDec)

BE SURE TO KEEP A COPY OF YOUR SPREADSHEET so you will know when your children have hot lunch.

The final step is to email the spreadsheet as an attachment - most email providers easily allow you to attach emails by clicking on the "paper clip" icon on your email form. After you've attached it, email your spreadsheet order to hotlunch@immacolata.org.

Remember to send your check into the school office ... and that's it!
