Dear Parents,

Happy Labor Day! Hope you enjoyed the beautiful long weekend.

Students in 4R will take the Star Reader test Wednesday after Mass. This will determine their Accelerated Reader level. After they find out what that is, students will begin checking out AR books in the library and taking online tests after reading them. Students are given 20 minutes each day to read the AR books. They should be reading their Book Report books at home as part of their time set aside for homework. 

Thank you for checking with your child about their weekly calendars, signing them, and sending them back to me on Mondays. You can keep the work papers at home.
