If you are able to attend please return to your car after mass to get the large bag of supply items and walk upstairs (or take elevator near office) to the 3rd floor. My is room directly across from the elevator. I will have boxes and tables labeled displaying WHERE to set each supply like a scavenger hunt. If you will not attend 9:30 mass please wait until 10:30 to arrive since I won’t be in my classroom. If you are unable to attend both mass and supply drop off on Sunday, you may drop off items Monday or Tuesday before our first day Wednesday.

Bring a water bottle (name labeled) to save time walking to the fountain. My past parents had a couple routines… 1)Leave the bottle to refill at school all week and wash on the weekends. 2) OR Form a habit of bringing it home daily, but knowing it's ok to forget sometimes. I don't mind if you put ice inside for hot days.
- Please email me if your child has any type of allergy. firstname.lastname@example.org
WHOLE SCHOOL CLASSROOM RULE -NO PEANUT SNACKS INSIDE CLASSROOMS. It's ok in the Cafeteria.
Bring a SNACK EVERY DAY. We will eat snacks with 1st and 2nd grades outside during recess.
TWO OPTIONAL SNACK TIPS: 1) Pack snacks in the EASY FRONT POCKET of the backpack every time for consistency. 2) Pack 5 small packaged snacks for the whole week so you don't forget each morning.....depending if it's small, and nothing that will spoil. 3) OR just form a good habit of having your child independently grab a snack from a box with a variety in your pantry.
- PLEASE DONATE "EXTRA" SNACKS for those who forget. You may bring them along with your supplies or on another day. Ideas: Teddy Grahams/graham crackers, fruit snacks, pretzels, granola/fruit bars, Cheeze Its, Goldfish

PARENT CHILD LUNCH tips...
The 100th day of school is Thursday, January 17th. We will have a celebration in our classroom.
This will be a fun day and provide many opportunities for students to practice working with numbers-counting by 1’s, 2’s, 5’s, and 10’s to 100, grouping items in different ways, and solving problems. In preparation for this day help your child choose and count 100 objects that are small no larger than a clementine. Please help your child count by ones to make 10 piles of 10 items. Next count by tens with your child as you put them into a bag. You may also like to try counting the objects in other ways, such as by 2’s or 5’s.
EXTRA: Mrs. Di would like students to bring in 100 small stuffed animals to fill the aquarium outside of the library. If possible, please send a couple of animals sometime between now and Thursday. Stuffed animals will be given back.
Please send a bag of items to school before or on Thursday, January 17th
